Nalini Polavarapu: Nalini Polavarapu is a Predictive Analytics lead at Monsanto, where she leads a team of Strategic Scientists developing innovative solutions leveraging analytics to transform business products. The team is responsible for developing novel predictive strategies applying state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms, mathematical models and computational and statistical technologies directly impacting business pipeline. Nalini earned a PhD in Bioinformatics, dual Masters in Computer Science and Bioinformatics from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. Nalini has spearheaded several revolutionary changes using analytics, authored and co-authored several research articles in leading scientific journals and co-authored book chapters on high throughput biomedical data analysis and applications.
